Price is reasonable, clean, location is great and holds my family.

A/C leaked, minor inconvenience.

The caretaker was not accommodating at all. She wasn’t very helpful and both the owner and caretaker were very hard to reach on the day of the check-in. The caretaker wasn’t respectful of privacy as she went early in the day to leave her stuff as she was staying over the unit after the checkout. The AC at one of the bedrooms was leaking and the other one wasn’t working

Location close to everything

The unit air-conditioning keeps on failing stopped in the middle of the night vent ceiling in the master bedroom bathroom leaking no hot water , there's a leak on the air conditioner on the second bedroom we need to use two pail to catch the leak the smoke detector on the laundry is covered with plastic and tape , the faucet connected to the washer is covered by plastic because it was leaking presence of cockroach.

Check in was easy and straight forward. Unit was clean. Location was excellent!

I wish the washer and dryer was connected and ready for use. Could not figure out how to turn it on. No instructions was left.

Very clean and spacious and right near everything you need by walking distance. Would 100% stay here again!

the area is accessible, the flat was great and comfy. the pool area is huge kids loved it.

not much foot rugs.

Nice, cozy place. Near restaurants and malls. Walking distance to BGC high street
