The staff are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent cooperation throughout the service..

I was very disappointed with the expensive parking charges. Parking from 7:00 PM until 12:00 PM the next day cost RM24. Although the accommodation provided an RM8 rebate, the parking fee was still a burden to guests. In my opinion, parking should be complimentary for customers staying at the property. Due to the high parking charges, this will be my first and last stay here. It was my first time checking in, and I was shocked to be charged such an expensive parking fee. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

It was superbly clean! Shampoo and shower gel provided:) Nice and soft towels.

Need update information for swimming pool, Monday and Thursday is closed for cleaning:)
