I LOVED the place and was sad to leave. There is a great energy/vibe in this place. It is super nicely decorated, there is everything you could ask for (even marshmallows and biscottis + bottled water). There is a plenty room for storage. Washing machine and laundry detergent provided by the host. Silppers and bath robes. The neighbourhood is lovely: you live in the middle of the locals with pet cats in the yard, dogs barking and nice old lady wanting to chat with you even though you miss a common language. It's quiet and I felt totally safe even traveling alone. You even have a small patio with comfortable chairs to enjoy the peace and quiet. The host is super! Responses quickly and is polite and friendly. Warmly and highly recommended! If I ever visit Brasov again, I wouldn't think twice but stayed here.

The sewer smell in the bathroom but it didn't stop me loving this place, so not a major issue.
