Sunset Inn Historic District St. - St. Augustine

I like that is very close to the city of St Augustine.

I think it's overpriced. I live in Orlando, and something like this will cost maybe $49.99. Also they could revamp the look around the property, also the fridge door was very rusted.. The front desk is a small room with stuff strung around. This place really needs a revamping.

Being able to safely leave without being either murdered, mugged, sick with a contagious disease, or brought home bed bugs.

The window that did not close properly, the cigarette burnt and stained to hell chair. Then the giant urine stain on one bed, blood stain on the other with what seemed to be old blood stains on the pillow case. Three types bugs in separate drawers, a live ROACH happily living in the bathroom, what else… oh not being 100% refunded for the absolute filth and horror of this location and form of “cleanliness” to be upheld. None of this was what we paid any money for.

Was not the cleanest building. Facility needs improvement outside and inside. They advertise breakfast included which is only included in the description! Value for money not good. Noise ( next to a busy train railway). The first red flag is the reception as you enter it is crowded with trash.
