I really liked this place because it’s very convenient to Sapa Plaza and also very affordable. We also got a great voucher discount for a massage, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences during our stay. Highly recommended!

Ich habe das Hotel ganz spontan gebucht, weil ich mit meiner ursprünglich gebuchten Unterkunft überhaupt nicht zufrieden war. Ich habe nur 1 Nacht hier verbracht, aber wünschte es wäre länger gewesen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, richtig schön groß und es gab einen herzlichen Empfang und ich durfte sogar unkompliziert früher einchecken. Der Spa war auch toll, ich hatte eine tolle Massage. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und länger bleiben.

Steps away from Sunplaza. Lots of food options around. Massage within the hotel. Spacious rooms. Clean and bright.

The staffs are very rude. 1. Booking confirmation mentions Visa, UnionPay, Credit Card, Cash are accepted. They said otherwise. Only cash only cash only cash. Then we paid by USD and Dong, then they proceeded to say our USD1 bills were too dirty (they are not). When there was not enough cash (USD&Dong) and we say what can we do when you don't accept our cash and our card, they finally said we can take your card, but with a 3% surcharge. My point: the way they speak is rude & they charge a 3% surcharge for card payments. 2. We booked 3 nights from 29th April to 2nd May. Even though I knew we would arrive 30th midnight, I booked the extra night to ensure we have a place secured. When we asked for the 6 waters per room (2 pax * 3 nights), they refused to give us the 6 bottles and said we're late and have missed the first day's waters. Btw, our checkin time was communicated early. My point: they are quite inflexible. 3. Our group borrowed 3 umbrellas from the hotel. Upon return, one member returned first and returned the first umbrella. When the other members came back with 2 umbrellas, and explained the 1st person returned the 1st umbrella, the receptionist kept insisting that we did not return 3 umbrellas and must return 3. ?_? My point: I'm not keen on stealing umbrellas.

Great Staff. Excellent rooms and location. Lots of restaurants in the area.
