Une maison avec beaucoup de charme

C'est un appartement qui a besoin de ravalement et quelques réparations

Tolle Lage nahe am historischen Zentrum. Grosszügige Wohnung. Die Küche haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Wohnung hat noch eine Dachterrasse mit toller Aussicht auf die Stadt. Parkieren kann man an der Strasse mit der Parkkarte, die der Vermieter einem zur Verfügung steht (anschliessend wieder retournieren).

Aus der Dachterrasse könnte man sicher noch etwas mehr herausholen (gemütlicher / schöner einrichten).

What I disliked most was the €30 cleaning fee – hidden in small print and difficult to notice. Moreover, it is a charge for something that can hardly be described as anything more than a change of bed linen and a basic tidy-up of the flat. Nothing beyond what is usually included at no extra cost in other properties. Overall, it feels like a typical pricing manipulation – lowering the base price and hiding additional fees elsewhere. Collecting the keys was not straightforward. I provided two possible arrival times, but the host assumed the one more convenient for himself. As a result, the flat was not ready before the check-in time. We were able to leave our luggage and go out into the city while waiting for the person costing those €30 to kindly finish and leave the keys in the lockbox. After a few hours, it turned out that the code to the lockbox did not work, and the owner was not answering the phone. Our luggage was in the flat, but we could not get inside, and there was no one willing to help. After half an hour of trying, I managed to guess the code. I sent a message to the owner, and only then did it turn out that he was actually available. With a very brief “sorry”, he replied that he had previously given me the wrong code. I was genuinely furious, standing in the street with my family, facing the prospect of going to the airport the next morning and flying home while leaving our luggage, including valuable items, in a flat we could not access. And all I got in return was a single, rather careless “sorry”. The kitchen was practically unequipped. One of the gas burners did not work, and the other was connected to a gas cylinder that was empty. The result? We could not even boil water. A very negative experience. I hate this night. Never ever!!!!

The location was fabulous 😍 the apartment was so spacious and absolutely perfect for our stay . I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable holiday in the perfect location

I wish there had been more pots and pans in the kitchen, it wasn't very equipped

Fácil acceso, muy cerca del centro, cafeterías y restaurantes cerca y frente a un supermercado. Apartamento muy amplio y con todas las comodidades. Gran terraza. A 20 minutos de la playa caminando. Es una cuesta un poco empinada en el regreso.

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement ainsi que l'appartement ,tout peut se faire à pieds magasins et visites.Appartement typique tres agréable à vivre propre et bien entretenu

Le manque de vaisselle,la cour et la terrasse mal entretenue
