La ubicación es muy buena. Cerca de muchas tiendas de conveniencia, de restaurantes, de lugares turísticos, del tranvía. Todas las facilidades que ofrece, esta bien equipada.

No cuenta con ascensor para los diferentes pisos, lo que dificulto un poco mover equipaje, pero no hubo tanto problema. Personalmente me causo algo de preocupación que era un poco dificil abrir la puerta de nuestro apartamento, a veces de atoraba y teniamos que forzar un poco.
