Finest Retreats - The Old Sunday School & Vestry

Toilet being downstairs It's not suitable. No Second hand rail going to bedroom Handrail, going to the bedroom very loose. The property overall would not be suitable for anybody with Disabilities. The Tv in the lounge is very poor and needs updating. The carpet on the stairs needs replacing it , which is very poor.

The location of the property is in a very good area . The shower in the property was excellent. Settee and Bad were comfortable. the kitchen was excellent. Really appreciated the wine , the biscuits, and the milk.

Nothing at all the description is misleading

The Booking .com description mislead us to believe this was a single level property, the pictures show bright colourful rooms with local on street parking, the reality was that the property was dark, dingy with an overwhelming smell of an old musty antique store with rooms being split over 3 levels and each set of steps are small and steep with very little lighting? the true description is hidden in sub text and NOT in the product description were it should be. We were misled by this failure of information and could not continue our vacation in this property. Finest Retreats are in denial and will not refund the rental costs !! DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LIVE IN A DINGY ANTIQUE STORE, DO NOT MIND WALKING 300 MTRS TO YOUR CAR AND GOING UP AND DOWN 3 FLIGHTS OF STEPS DURING THE NIGHT. Finest retreats are not very customer orientated and unwilling to consider that the description is misleading

Booked for birthday/anniversary surprise and it didn't disappoint. Quirky, quaint and comfy, centrally situated, perfect for couples stay.
