Great location. Lovely friendly village. Lovely garden. Downstairs in the cottage was very nice and characterful

The outside areas were scruffy, dead plants in pots and broken equipment left lying around Beds very very soft Upstairs feels airless as the windows are small and don’t open a lot

We lived jasmine cottage. Such a cosy and well laid out house. The bed was so comfortable I checked the matress and have purchased the topper and even bought the same bed linen. Top quality. The location is lovely. Alot of dog walks and such a quiet beautiful village with Ellie only 4 mins away my car. Loved it.The house is very eell equipped too. Ver clean and tidy. One of the best self catering we have stayed in. Will be back.

Everything in the cottage was like home from home , everything you needed was there, lovely clean and comfortable cottage , loved it.

Well equipped kitchen, lovely garden and comfortable living space. The staff were very helpful when we had a problem

Parking was limited to one car and it wasn’t alway possible to find a parking space for the second car in the village

Nothing. We loved it.

The cottage and garden was lovely with everything you need for a week's holiday. We required a travel cot, highchair and stair gates for our grandson which were all provided by the property which was great. That made such a difference. We also enjoyed having the wood burner fire on in the evening especially as the weather was a bit chilly for June but that is typically Scotland! The east Neuk of Fife is gorgeous and Kilnoquhar is a peaceful place to unwind and explore the surrounding area.

Could have done with a bathroom upstairs and in the downstairs bedroom the mattress sagged especially on the right hand side when lying down. We like a firmer mattress but that is obviously a personal preference. Also it would appear that the bins had not been put out for collection previously which meant we had to take our recycling to the public recycling bins in the local car park.

Lovely quaint cottage , beautiful enclosed garden, fantastic walks and places to visit in surrounding areas Beds extremely comfortable and kitchen well equipped . Good communication from owner .

Nothing , other than both bathrooms are on ground level but description of cottage does tell you that .
