Eden Park - Fincas Arena

La ubicación es buena, la playa no está muy lejos andando. El apartamento es bastante amplio. Tiene lo necesario. Muy positivo, los ventiladores de techo en las habitaciones.

La situación, la piscina y la chica de mantenimiento

El trato de la empresa con quien contratamos y las instalaciones que estaban muy sucias (encontramos latas tiradas detrás del sofá) y viejas. Tanto el aire acondicionado como el Wi-Fi había que pagarlo aparte Hay que pagar una fianza de 150€ que tardan en devolerte y cuando les llamas para preguntar te contestan fatal. Muy desagradables

-Location great -Glass terrace was a nice bright space. -A very big apartment -Well equipped kitchen -Clothes dryer handy -Thick blankets for the beds were good and very useful as it was a bit cold at night. -A cleaning pack of w-up liquid, 1 rubbish bag, a cloth and sponge provided, which was useful -Shower was surprisingly good, lots of pressure and very hot -Pool area nice and quiet and private -Great views from the glass terrace -Amazing value for money, we'd stay again.

-Queueing for an hour outside fincas arena shop to get our keys for the apartment. I wasn't aware it would be a queueing system, thought it might be a little more personal and a quicker procedure. -No heating in the apartment at all to get wet items dry during colder mths -Window shutters kept getting stuck -Some cushions were ripped, doorways coming away and electric burn going up the wall from plug sockets. -REALLY need some loungers around the pool, it would be really nice to lie around the pool instead of sitting on grass. -Only 1 toilet roll provided, you'll have to go out and buy some asap when you arrive...but then it is self catering...just don't get caught out with this one item though!😆

The appartment was lovely, very clean, Well equipped, Excellent location , quite area, but close to beach bars and resturants Pool location was great, pool area great , Apartment building was very well kept, On the 8th floor, so not to high, block was 16 floors high, 3 appartments on each floor Very bright and spacious Great fans in both bedroom we got the remotes when picking up keys, worked fab no need for Air con and a plug in fan fir lounge, stunning views and we had the enclosed patio windows open day and night with a very nice breeze flowing through Kitchen was very well stocked and large

Loved it nothing we didnt like Only 3 minor things and i mean very minor No plug for kitchen sink 1 loiret roll and no washing up liquid And although I thought I'd paid on booking.com, had a confirmation email to say i had paid I then hed several off appartment letting agent saying we had to pay when collected the key, and pay 150 deposit, which I wasn't aware of when booking

Very quiet, spacious, great location.

A little bit outdated could do with a lick of paint Fridge was not cold Just. Needs a bit of decor

Clean, comfortable and close to everything I needed for my visit.

The only drawback in the stay was work being done in a room either above us or very close to our room. Lots of banging, drilling etc....but as that would be a temporary thing it wouldn't stop me booking this accomodation again.
