Staff was responsive

room was not provided in the hotel booked . they shifted to a sub standard hotel . room was available in another hotel of the same chain . however they upgraded to the better at an additional cost .

Property is not same as shown on booking.com. after reaching the given location, found that property is at 1 kms distance. Complimentary breakfast not provided.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the spacious lawn each evening and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Nice management of everything…very nice place for stay…staff is very experienced and friendly..

The Atmosphere was very nice.

there was no Dressing Table and lack of clothes hanger ,Whole night Outside lights were On and the Drappers were so thin that our Room was illuminated the whole night causing restless nights .
