Heddfan (Place of Peace)

Lovely quiet location with lovely welcoming owners. Room clean and all you needed with shared bathroom with the most amazing shower. Shared kitchen with all appliances there. Family owned so is a loved in b&b. No breakfast cooked by them but you can make your own and there is a spa shop few steps away from front door. Flat parking and a we felt pur motorbikes which we could park round the bsck and could see from our room were very safe. Lovely quiet village with a fair price for what you got. Towels provided with clean bedding and comfy beds.

Bathroom was spotless and kitchen could of been a little more organised and tidy. Nothing thst would put me off using again though.

Very warm welcome, cosy room, nice people

The property was nothing like how it was advertised. There were no kitchen facilities or outdoor outdoor areas offered. Despite the many reviews that the property appears to have, we got the impression that the hosts were completely naive on how to treat guests and property management. We had booked for 7 nights but only stayed for 1. In fact, we packed belongings and fled in the morning. The film 'Deliverance' came to mind. Also; the pillows were flat, and the bed linen looked as if it had come from a charity shop, and the milk sachets were 6 months out of date. I would strongly recommend against booking this property.

Very rural setting providing bedroom and basic facilities in private house. Optional continental style breakfast available.

Neville and Raquel were so kind and welcoming. The location was a great escape to the country and perfect for retreating.

Be aware you are not near walkable restaurants, but at least it means you get to driv a few minutes through beautiful Welsh country.

Quiet location, a short drive to restaurants and late-night convenience stores in St Clair's, comfy bed with clean bathroom and bedroom. Excellent place to put your head down, and the couple who owned the place were extremely accomodating.

The shop on the street was only open from 10-12:00 on a Sunday but not the property's fault!
