2 BHK Townhouse at Pearl Island

Location is great. The view is amazing.

No amenities e.g swimming pool/gym within the building property. Though they mentioned in the ad outdoor swimming pool for an additional charge, but it’s totally in a different area reachable by car. It’s totally misleading. I wouldn’t recommend this place since you can find better ones nearby with amenities like swimming pool, gym, etc within the island even for a lesser price and you don’t need to pay extra to use the amenities.

The location was amazing , good access to all restaurants the Pearl offered and other locations we wanted to visit were easily reached from the appartment block

The shower in the rear bedroom flooded the floor as water went all around the edge of the bath and onto the floor. The shower in the front bedroom also leaked out onto the floor. Also the kitchen was quite worn and scruffy , for those visitors making more use of the kitchen for self catering this would have had an affect.

Great spacious property with excellent access to the Pearl. Friendly staff on reception.
