Rumah yang luas.. ada swimming pool.. ada kemudahan dobi.. pemandangan sangat2 cantik.. berdekatan dengan kedai 24jam.. berdekatan dengan kedai makan.. berdekatan dengan pasaraya seperti Lotus.

Bilik air tiada water heater... Tidak boleh memasak.. tiada penapis air seperti coway (mungkin kena upgrade lagi)..sinki sampai keluar cendawan..mungkin dah lama tidak dihuni..kad access untuk keluar cuma ada satu sahaja (untuk masuk lif lain.. untuk keluar apartment lain)..
