De hele goede service van de jonge man, die de zaak managede. .

Jammer dat er geen verwarming was in het restaurant, waar we heerlijk konden eten.

Emplacement Vue

Kamer was groot en leuk aangekleed. Bed was groot en prima om op de slapen. Airco werkte goed, ook om de kamer te verwarmen. Ontbijt was goed. Aardig personeel die je graag helpen. Scooter konden we bij het hotel huren, wat ook erg fijn was. Vanuit de accomodatie moesten we nog 10km rijden naar Sapa. De weg was prima te doen, maar het was tijdens ons verblijf heel mistig en daardoor was het een lange rit.

Erg gehorige kamers, je kon de buren goed horen praten. Ook vond ik het een beetje stinken naar stro.

Overall I really liked this place and would recommend it if you're looking for somewhere quiet and remote. The bungalow was very pretty and comfortable, the WiFi was great and the views were amazing. Such peace and quiet. The staff were super nice and helpful, can't fault them. The food was also very good but a bit pricey, but as you're quite remote I guess it's to be expected. It's a really lovely place and ideal if you're looking to just relax and go on some hikes.

It wasn't quite as fancy as the photos portray. The ladies selling stuff to tourists would enter into the resort and come and find you to sell you their things whilst you're eating, which I really didn't like. It felt quite intrusive and forceful. The road leading to the resort is under construction and you need to walk the rest of the way, so not suitable for those who have difficulty walking.

The facilities are not too good especially the way to reach the actual bungalows!! I fell twice in mud and I am scared for life from heavy rain now because of this traumatic experience!!!

Beautiful holiday with a nice view! It was wonderful to enjoy the stunning scenery and delicious food. I came here with my father, and it was so nice to see him happy. The staff were especially friendly! It’s also a great location for trekking to Lao Chai and Ta Van villages.
