Wir haben den Aufenthalt in unserem Bungalow geliebt! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Personal stets zuvorkommend (Roller direkt beim Hotel gemietet, Taxi gebucht & Trekking Tour organisiert).

Keine Kritik aber gut zu wissen, bei der Lage des Hotels ist es ein Muss, sich einen Roller zu mieten :)

A bit far from city centre. But if those who likes a mountain view closer to nature can choose here. Else be ready to pay more on Grab rides.

When the lady receptionist initiated to book my bus going back to Sapa, but when i arrived at the bus station, no reservation has been made, in which they already collected the payment the night before.

Wunderbarer Platz in den Reisterassen, sehr freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal , früher Check-in nach einer Nachtfahrt war kein Problem. Saubere komfortable Bungalows, mit Heizung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen

"A pleasant surprise"

We stayed for one night in a spacious room with a stunning view of the mountains. It was a very enjoyable stay, with friendly staff and a comfortable bed. Everything was very clean, the bathroom was lovely, and although the breakfast was simple, the coffee was excellent.

This place is absolutely wonderful, and the staff are incredibly caring and attentive. We only stayed for one night as we were joining a trekking tour in Sapa the next day. Even though we arrived quite late, we were welcomed with such warmth. The natural surroundings here are truly beautiful and very peaceful.

"The best you could ask for"

We stayed at Sapa Eco in Sapa, and it was truly an outstanding experience. The reception staff were always attentive and professional — from our very first contact to ask about a late-night arrival, to arranging and booking our trekking tours, and finally the warm welcome we received when we returned.
