Egnatia City Hotel & Spa

The breakfast was excellent, and the view was truly breathtaking. However, what really made this hotel unforgettable was the exceptional care and attention of the staff. From the reception team to the chefs, service staff, and spa team, everyone was incredibly attentive, warm, and genuine. Their sincere interest in even the smallest details made guests feel truly valued. Experiencing such a high level of hospitality was genuinely special.

Overall, I did not experience any major issues. The only minor point was that the bed in my room felt a bit too firm for my personal preference. Apart from that, everything was absolutely wonderful. If you check the room in advance, the hotel staff are extremely helpful and supportive in case of any issue. This is truly a hotel that values its guests and makes you feel well cared for.

İlk bana verilen 2.kattaki odanın kilidi çalışmadığı için -1.kat odaya geçirildim bu oda restourant altında olduğu için gece belli bir saate kadar müzik sesi ve eğlenenlerin sesi vardı.
