Great staff, lovely house :)

Wifi signal is little weak in the room.

+ the location is great + despite many reviews about cold, i found the room to be almost hot + the staff is very pleasant + a kitchenette with a small stove and refrigerator is available, which is really nice

- the towels smelled rather unpleasantly - you can hear everything from the hallway/ other rooms/ outside/ other apartments - the room was a bit dirty, we traveled with a cat, so she found ALL the dirt and dust and brought it to the bed

The location and the parking spot

The staff entered the room while we were there without any warning. Also, there were no extra covers for the cold night and the room was not warm enough for a winter weather in Bolzano

Location was excellent. Just a short walk from the train station and the city center. It was relatively quiet. The beds were comfortable. While we didn't use the facilities, the shared kitchenette is a good plus point. Communication with the host was very smooth; host was very responsive with prompt replies. The host was also kind enough to store my luggage when I arrived earlier than the check-in time.

The booking is actually for a room within an apartment with a shared kitchenette and not the entire apartment to ourselves. Perhaps this could have been stated more clearly in the description.

The host is very helpful.
