The apartment was fantastic, exactly as shown in the pictures, with an incredible view from the balcony overlooking the dunes and the ocean. Situated on the 8th floor, it offers a breathtaking sunset view right outside the flat. The two single beds were comfortable, though as a couple, it was a bit tricky keeping them together without them splitting apart. The apartment is well-equipped for both short and long stays, with ample storage space, a good-sized fridge, iron, microwave, hairdryer, and hob. There’s a generous selection of pans, pots, plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, making it easy to prepare and enjoy a lovely meal on the balcony while soaking in the beautiful view. There are two shops and a supermarket just two minutes away, and for better prices, there’s a Lidl within a 20-minute walk. The beach is also just a two-minute walk away, where you can choose between the quieter left side or the more vibrant right side, with plenty of bars, cafés, and restaurants to explore. Additionally, Gran Canaria's attractions, including the airport, are easily accessible by public transport, with a bus stop only three minutes from the apartment. After reading other reviews, the only issue I encountered was with the electricity. As mentioned by others, you can't use multiple electrical devices at the same time without the fuses tripping. However, this is manageable if you avoid running the washing machine, cooking, and showering simultaneously. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment. It offers great value for money and is in a perfect location.

The location and view are excellent, the cockroaches in the toaster not so excellent, they were big, around 4-5 cm. The balcony is also big and gets sun at 13:00. The pool is locked and you need to pay a deposit of 20 Euro to get a key card, once you are in it´s nice.

These are very sound sensitive apartments, when the neighbor coughs you hear everything, you also hear everything you might not want to hear. The power is turned off when you use a hotplate on the stove plus something more like a microwave. When I pointed out the cockroaches in the toaster to Marta, I got a late reply that she would tell the cleaner, who would show up three days later. When I asked for another toaster as I really wanted to toast bread (and get rid of the cockroach house) I got no reply at all. The toaster is black with a little chrome, just so you know.

The property was basic but had everything you needed, towels, kitchen was well equipped, hairdryer even some basic toiletries. Was clean. Felt safe in the building.

The bathroom had a bit of a musty/damp smell and the fuse kept popping switch electricity off.

Nice appartement, kitchen well equipped. Great views from balcony to the sea and dunes.

There is mold in the apartment😱. I therefore cannot recommend this place. The host was responsive and sweet in her communication. Unfortunately once you have payed, there's nothing to do. I got an allergic reaction and respiratory problems from staying in the appartment. Equipment and comfort were as expected for an apartment in that price range.

we self catered and location was perfect for shops, bars , beach, buses etc Good internet and smart TV useful. well equipped apartment, iron , kitchen bits, crockery, washing machine etc convenient waste disposal on communal stairwell.

The electrics need to be sorted.... if you have any 2 of : kettle, immersion,wash machine or hob on at once it will likely trip ALL fuses including lights! We sussed how to work around this but was bit annoying. Kettle needs replacing, steam leaks onto handle. Walls quite thin but luckily quiet clientele around.....

Fantastic view and wonderful sun trap balcony at the end of the day. Cosy, clean, well-proportioned accommodation. Rooftop sun terrace. Great location near to the beach promenade and bar/restaurant options. Excellent Thai restaurant in building. Manned reception and decent fast lifts in building.

Pool area a bit uninspiring, very cold water - almost impossible to swim properly in January. Sea temperature was better than the pool, so spent most time by the beach.
