"Uncomfortable overnight stay!"

Videoke was advertised but not available, electric was shut-off at around 01:20 AM & was not restored until 08:00 AM. We were not able to sleep as it’s hot inside the house, and we are waiting for the House Manager to arrive as she promised to come over but she did not arrive until 07:45 AM. Also, no basic toiletries provided and the house needs deep cleaning.
