GBOnce inside the flat it was clean and tidy.
Overflowing Stinking Bins Outside, Dead Rat in Entryway. Access to front of property floods when it rains and you have to wade through water to get to front door. Huge noise problem with both nesting seagulls and road traffic. No mention of the 36 steps we had to climb to get to the flat. The one piece of furniture in living room is very uncomfortable, tv remote broken (tried changing batteries). Only one towel on arrival. Couldn’t get WiFi despite requests to the owner who didn’t respond. Had I paid very little for the property I would not have left a review as I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for, but this was one of the more expensive properties in the area and we certainly didn’t get what we paid for. There were only two of us at the property but it does claim to sleep 4, by using the sofa bed in the lounge. No way would this be suitable for anybody as the sofa bed would take up the whole floor, so the guests in the bedroom would have to climb over that sofa bed if they needed the bathroom in the night as it is on the other side of the lounge. I did try contacting the owner on two occasions, but he has not responded.

Area was awful -had to park van outside and was very concerned as to whether or not it would be there in the morning.
