"Incredible stay that left us refreshed!"

Excellent location with a lovely view of the ocean, and we could not hear the noise of the main road despite being so close. We loved walking down to the tidal pool in the mornings, and grabbing a coffee on the way, as well as walking into beautiufl Kalk Bay to explore the cafes and shops.

Wonderful location in St James, very close to the tidal pools and beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The house is stylishly decorated, the beds are very comfortable and it was very clean. Gorgeous views from the terrace. Thoughtful touches - beach towels provided, and milk and wine in the fridge, along with tea and coffee.

Quiet, spacious good location. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Our satnav couldn’t find the location but simply put in St James Rd (turning opposite Folk Cafe) where top of this road is the Villa. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

The location makes for such a wonderful cape town trip. The decor is just beautifully done and the flat had all we needed, especially important as were travelling with our 3 year old and still needed to make some meals. Having a garage is such a bonus!

"Beautiful home in a great location"

Stayed here with my daughters and we absolutely loved it. The house is spacious, spotless, and beautifully done, really comfortable beds, lovely towels, and everything we needed was there. It felt calm, bright, and very high-quality. The location is great, peaceful, but a short walk to the beach and some lovely restaurants. We appreciated the welcome touches like wine, milk, water, and coffee.

We felt so at home, with nothing to remark on.

"A perfect stay in Bo Ho land."

Everything. One of the best places we have ever stayed in. Comfortable, spacious, private and excellent views. A pleasant walk to Kalk Bay and even Muizenberg if you fancied a longer walk. Two restaurants at the bottom of the hill and St James station if you fancied a trip into town. Then there was St James beach with the iconic beach houses. Great host and some nice welcoming touches. Perfect.
