To przyjemny apartament z kuchnią, salonem i sypialnią. Jest dobrze wyposażony, estetyczny, czysty i klimatyzowany. Udostępnia wiele udogodnień. Lokalizacja jest dobra (zależnie od priorytetów podróży), ale poza centrum miasta (mi to odpowiadało, wybrałem tę lokalizację celowo). Dookoła dominuje zabudowa domków jednorodzinnych i jest spokojnie. Najlepiej jest jednak dysponować samochodem, który pozwala dotrzeć np. do dużych marketów spożywczych (jeśli np. chcesz robić sobie śniadanie). Jechałem też raz z centrum metrem+autobusem i poszło szybko. Kuchnia jest dobrze wyposażona, chociaż brakowało mi czajnika elektrycznego (nie lubię gotować wody w mikrofalówce). Obok apartamentów jest kilka restauracji, w tym tania wietnamska restauracja z dobrym jedzeniem. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry i profesjonalny, zawsze responsywny. Ogólnie polecam to miejsce.

Brakowało mi miejsca parkingowego zajętego przez kontener na gruz lub śmieci (parkowałem przy ulicy) i wspomnianego czajnika. Materac łóżkowy był dla mnie trochę zbyt miękki (choć zdarzały mi się jeszcze bardziej miękkie w mojej podróżniczej historii :) ).

"I had a great time. Famous Menil museum is 4 blocks away. Lots to do within walking distance."

Within 4 blocks of a great grocery store, two coffee shops, 4 bars and 5 restaurants. Didn’t need a car. Banh Mi place next door is a mom and daughter take out. Decent food. Everything on the menu is under $10. Black hole coffee shop is super chill.

It is clean and newly renovated. Pictures are accurate. But it isn’t fancy or luxurious and neither is the neighborhood.
