There was nothing specific that I didn’t like!

It super comfy and clean!!

Underground parking, well equipped kitchen. Market arcade nearby with a number of cheap restaurants, cafes and a well stocked supermarket. Washing machine available.

You need to communicate through Whatsapp to meet with someone who lives off of the property to get the keys so bad luck if you have no data. The apartment is bare bones, no love put into making it more inviting, personal. The towels had an odd smell. We had a booking for 4 people and the pullout couch wasn't ready but luckily the bedding was available in the closet in the bedroom. We couldn't figure out how to change volume on the remove control, wonder if it works. There is nothing to sit or lay on at the pool so it wasn't quite usable (and we didn't see anyone using while we stayed as it was cold). It was super windy so a beach time at the local beach was impossible and we ended up driving to Los Cristianos where the wind conditions seem to be completely different.

Very loudly, you will not sleep if your neighbours want to fight ot to sing. Is not soundproof at all...

Very good price performance. Considering the private underground parking place, pool, close to supermarket and beach, close to TFS airport, the price 75EUR per night was a good deal for us.
