Great location. Convenient for supermarkets and public transport. The accommodation provided everything as advertised. Clean. You get what you pay for. It's very bright with lots of sunlight. We stayed for 17 days, and the weather was exceptionally warm.
The entrance to the block was off-putting initially but you get used to it. Once you are in the unit, things are fine.

"The location is perfect, next to High Street and 8 min walk to Sutton station. The only little downside is about parking"

Spacious and clean. Some problems with the water heating system were swiftly dealt with by the managing agency.
Not having a problem with the heating/water system. However, as noted the issue was swiftly dealt with.
