"Poor experience."

The only thing good was the staff was courteous, and the location was very good

The hygiene levels were abysmal. We noticed cockroaches in the breakfast area, which was a very eerie feeling. Also, the key system was not working; hence no key was provided, and we were at the mercy of the staff to open the door each time. Not a very pleasant experience. Wonder how this hotel was highly rated on the booking.com site. Speaks poorly of the site as well. I will consider not booking from booking.com any further.

I love the location, it's in the city center and close by many shopping malls, hospitals, food courts and many more.

The entrance of the hotel is not that great
