2 Bed Central Ness Apart - May Court

Good location within walking distance to down town. Good to have parking permit to park car. Nice large tv’s Good shower.

Old dirty flat apartments building. Stinks when you walk inside. Spider webs hanging on the ceiling when you walk in. Bed too small. Cupboard above the sink in the bathroom, which makes it almost impossible to use. Second bedroom has a boiler behind the bed Whole flooring noisy and uneven and moves. The flat is done up at low standard and just felt old and dirty.

Location and price.

Aged, bed confort, needs updating, waterheater right behind bed, outside entrance courtyard was very unsightly.

Nothing

Everything , to the location , it looks like walking into a drug cartel place. It was u 2 flights of stairs we were told one. We thought we could be robbed when we had to walk through, dirty , not a friendly place. It's aa back packets at best. Someone renting out their flat. Nothing was nice, the outside flooring up had holes looking down below. Even rubbish still in the kitchen bin. Left over shower gels and soaps and everything was left overs. My Dad wouldn't even sleep in the bed.

The entrance was off putting but once inside it was great

apartment very old, lots to repair, building from outside looked absolutely run down, holes in pathways, garbage bins everywhere, unsafe, felt uncomfortable. inside cracks, tears everywhere. small kitchen had to wash up most appliances not clean. 1bedroom extremely small and had waterheater behind bed which made noise. Main bedroom towards busy street. too noisy to open window. bathroom was good.

A well cleaned apartment with every essential facility required for the family to stay. Excellent location.

The location of the apartment was great.

The cleanliness wasn't good. Found really gross stuff while we were doing cleaning.

There was no freezer in fridge .. would have liked to have ice for our drinks
