NZThis was a secluded, cosy and private bach at the rear of others. I woke in the mornings to happy birds and I loved that. The area is perfectly serene and quiet, the carpet was nice, the kitchen had everything you needed, tv was great and the communication with Natasha the owner was excellent. The cleanliness was impeccable and credit to her fabulous cleaner! Loved the later checkout and the laundry shute from the bathroom to the downstairs laundry was iconic!! The upstairs main bed was the best bed I've ever slept in. I thought I would never find a more comfortable bed than my own but I did! The sleeps there were the best I've had in many years and I thank the owners for maintaining and offering us such a superb kiwi bach. PS Loved the bikes took one for a ride was an extra bonus!!
NZNZIt was immaculate and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Everything you needed was there. House was cosy and warm. Having 2 toilets was handy. Definitely recommend. Will plan to re-book in the future!
Just being so close to the other houses felt like there was no privacy with no nettings or blinds.

NZLocation was excellent.
The beds were meant to all be set up, however only one single bed set up in smallest room. We could not fit both singles in room once trundler was set up. I had to drag the mattress out to the lounge to sleep. The fire alarm beeped through the night and the fridge was loud. Not much sleep the first night.

A 2nd shower would have been great and maybe in the future they might look to add a downstairs shower room.
