Rien à dire de négatif à dire de l’établissement. Ils ont corrigé mon erreur de réservation… Ce que Booking.com ne pouvait faire et semblait se ficher de ma situation.

Great location, easy to find, central to town and an awesome breakfast. The hosts were exceptional.

The room and bathroom are tastefully decorated and everything works perfectly. It is a quick flat walk from the station and has a beautiful view. We were welcomed with port and a biscuit. The aircon was a great on a hot day.The breakfast downstairs was just exceptional. Freshly squeezed orange juice, lots of coffee and beautifully presented in the pastry shop which had quite a buzz. I counted 10 different fruits in the fruit bowl alone! Location is a winner and double glazed windows meant no noise at night. The bridge to walk over Douro is about 40 meters away which was lovely.

We could not see a corkscrew with which to open the wine in the minibar.

Breakfast was wonderful and varied and it's presentation was elegant. Staff very friendly despite language differences (non-English speaking) we eventually understood each other. Parking was free down the hill.

More comfortable mattress.

Boa localização. Quarto muito confortável. Toalhas e lençóis limpos e super bem cheirosos. Cheirinho que apetece usar!! Pequeno almoço muito bom e com opções diversas.
