"shocking experience stay away at any cost"

Nothing. This place is run by a bunch of muppets who dont know how and what hotel means. Took booking and deposit and then refused thr room on arrival as they got over booked. Very cheeky to try and shift into a lower catagory hotel at cheap rates. Still not refunded the deposit. these are cheats, stay away

A change of ownership would be wonderful to start with. Meanw3hile, the current owners need to take responsibility and do the right thing, refund those from whom you tke and cannot deliver

The staff's misbehaved with us and they are not experienced staff. Not cordial hopeless staff. One of the Staff started fighting with us. He is drunk
