Only the location
There is problem with Sun curtain it is some time stuck and transparent i can’t sleep due all light come through it Second problem is the shower path is not changing the temperature even you turn the selector to cold side the temperature is stuck in high high temperature it is burning me Third problem is the bed and pillow is very bad quality Fourth at least there is no slippers. Finally the price is too much high for this service I didn’t recommend any one to take it.

Great location and well presented apartment.
We asked (when we booked) for the sofa bed to be made up on arrival and was told it would be 'no problem'. When we arrived the sofa bed wasn't made up, but the host said it would be done 'tomorrow'. When it still wasn't done we were told the linen had to come from Tbilisi and there was a 5 Euro charge. We were now 3 days into a 4 day stay. They advertise a sofa-bed, but a sofa bed without linen is just a sofa.
