"I expected the room to be small with no frills by the discription and it was."

It was very close to the beach and restaurants.

I didn't like being handed a sponge in which to clean when there is a cleaning fee.

"AMAZING"

This place is phenomenal! Everything is done with great spirit and love. It had a full kitchen, dining area, beautiful bathroom, clean bedroom, comfortable bed. Loved this studio. Perfect, even for a longer stay. The manager was very accommodating to our needs. So close to the beach, quite neighborhood, the pool was a BIG PLUS, parking was not a problem. If you`re a looking for a very nice place with a very friendly staff, this is the place for you. We will comeback for sure !!

Very comfortable place just off the beach and a heartbeat removed from the crowds and noise of Hollywood beach. Vickie was a fantastic host , very responsive and professional. Beds and linens was super comfortable, pool and apartment was spotless. I highly recommend

Location was nice.

Communication between renter and place should be better. Confusion on when payment was processed, e-mail between property, booking etc. Clear direction on unit number upon arrival. TV is not direct. The guest has to set up a ROKU account and put in all kinds of personal e-mail to just watch TV. This was never informed on website or anywhere else. I don't like setting up TV accounts on my travels. Cost is high enough to have TV at the convenience of the traveler.
