"Catastrophique - demande à été faite à booking"

Soucis pour entrer avec interphone -avons attendu 45 min avant de pouvoir entrer -un des lites simple était cassé à notre arrivée - service technique est passé vers 17h mais il restait bancal -voir photo vidéo - pas de taies d oreiller pour 3 des 4 oreillers
