Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Als alle Flüge gecancelt wurden und alles aussichtslos schien wurde ein Weg aufgezeigt, der auch tatsächlich funktioniert hat und der Anschlussflug erreicht wurde. Nochmal vielen Dank dafür.

Gut gelegen und man konnte vor Ort Roller mieten.

Die Wasserpumpe war extrem laut und lief auch nachts, was einen vom Schlaf abgehalten hat. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, sodass man nicht den Koffer öffnen und vorbeilaufen konnte.

The location is great, it is right next to General Luna. The room was nice and comfortable and I was able to check in earlier which I really appreciate :)

First day the bedsheet was not very clean but I asked to change it and there was absolutely no issue with it :)

We stayed in the smallest room which was small but well laid out with shelving and under bed storage so had no issues as two large people for 10 days. Owners and staffs were really kind, we were there over Christmas and new year and they brought us cakes and a hamper to celebrate which was unexpected and kind! Location was great just a few steps away from tourism road but on a quiet street, also rented us a moped for a good price.

The room felt a bit damp if the ac was off but we were in siargao in rainy season with high humidity so it’s to be expected!

The property was close enough to the main Tourism Road but far enough to be away from people being out and about. The room was cozy, had everything I needed. There's even a cafe on the property itself if you didn't want to think about where to eat and grab a coffee at the start of your day. I appreciated that there was a water dispenser on the property and I didn't need to think about having safe drinking water during my stay.

Not their fault and it didn't bother me but it could for others - there was a neighbouring property that was doing karaoke throughout the night and though I didn't care for it much, this might be a dealbreaker for some. I'm not sure if this is a normal occurrence since I did stay closer to Christmas and people could just be in a jolly singing mood, though in the Philippines there's no need for an occasion to want to sing. The room I also stayed in was on the second floor, with steep, narrow stairs to get to it. This may be an accessibility issue in general and for those with large luggage - though I was fine because I just had a backpack. Something to think about before booking that particular room!
