"shabby but not chic !"

We were only there 1 night

It was adequately clean. The carpet in the bedroom was stained . The wash basin was outside the bathroom and at the entrance of one of the bedrooms. the doors were marked and one had a hole in it . Needs a coat of paint .

The website said there were 2 queen beds and one full bed included in the rental. There were not, only 2 full beds. There were also no direction for where to find the lockbox or the code to the lockbox included.

"Comfortable stay"

It was clean and in a good location. Bonus - the house had the Fairbanks monopoly game, which was fun to play and it gave us ideas of what to do while in Fairbanks.
