Great accommodation in a great location. Lots of restaurants close by and close to local transport

The place is near a famous area of Seoul (Itaewon), so it was pretty easy to do a lot of pleasant walks around. Easy to travel to other areas of the city via buses or subway. Near shops are available 24/7 to grab somthing to eat. Joe, the owner, always had good advices and provided a lot of support during the stay.

We had 2 luggages and the street had to be climbed. So pretty difficult with pregnant woman and the tireness from the trip to arrive at the place by foot. Buses stop really often around the place, but are small so not adapted to carry on 2 luggages. Just be aware of that, but this was really a small disagrement compared to the positive arguments of the place.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The location is quite convenient - there are many small shops and cozy cafes nearby. Public transport stops are nearby, including the express bus stop to the airport. The owner is very attentive and helpful, ready to respond to your requests. He lives in the neighboring house, which is very convenient.

I loved the location. Very international while not so much touristic. There are many cozy restaurants and bars serving good western/fusion food and wine. Safe, rather quiet and picturesque residential area. I felt a bit like back in 70-80s. Very different from too busy and noisy Itaewon which I do not like so much. Very communicative and professional host.

All necessary facilities provided, Easy access to subway/bus, A lot of nearby restaurants.

Good value and great location, a little off the crazy Itewan stip. Quiet neighborhood yet steps from public transit. The host, Joe, was great to deal with and responded immediately to any and all needs. Even going so far as delivering a new TV the next day after the existing died!!

Needed more natural light since overcast is the order of the day at the time I visited.

This was our 9th stop on our 5 week trip. Conclusion - this was a superhost, such good communication and attention were not found anywhere else. Spacious apartments, abundance of furniture and equipment. Numerous restaurants within a two-minute walk did not provide the opportunity to cook for yourself in a well-equipped kitchen. I want to come back here

Too short stay

The property is amazing. The location is excellent, with Itaewon party street just a 10-minute walk away. The owner is very accommodating. Lastly, the facilities and cleanliness of the property are outstanding.
