It was very clean and well appointed also having a very calm and homely feel. Nice personal touches made you feel instantly welcome. Very large garden which was great for the dog.

There was nothing to dislike.

Fabulous little seaside vibe, large garden and great location. Property management team were an absolute pleasure to deal with too.

Would highly recommend an outside tap for a paddling pool and a parasol as it's beautiful sunny garden.

Quiet location. Short drive to the beach or town centre and very close to large supermarkets. Mattress was amazingly comfortable and the furnishings were modern and clean. Nice hot shower.

Wrong time of year to enjoy sitting outside but garden furniture and patio could do with a spruce up before guests arrive if the large garden is going to be advertised as a feature. Living room smelled of dogs and the hoover smelled so badly of dogs it was not feasible to use it as much as we would have liked. Fridge and freezer doors could be reversed to enable better access. This is doable on most appliances.

Booking experience. User unfriendly. Ended up with a portal for some info, website for other info. Portal had to send codes back and forth to phone to enter etc. Very user unfriendly. Would be best if info was all in one place. E.g. on the portal I could see the property listing with photos/amenities with the check in info. I normally use airbnb but couldn't find an appropriate property for the dates I needed so used booking.com instead. Wish it was airbnb though. So much easier as a user.
