The hotel is above a night club, up a flight of metal stairs, used to house migrants, no receptionist, only a code to access external and internal doors that had ran out of batteries, shared bathroom and kitchen that is also used by people who live there and therefore have all their belongings in the cupboards and don’t seem to like strangers in their environment

Didn't realise there'd be no staff on site, struggled a bit before entering the property. I guess was my own fault for not doing my homework well before setting off, otherwise rest of my stay was uneventful

Very cozy, nice bed, 2 kitchens and a fridge in our room, was amazing! Would definitely book again

TV was missing although everything else was okay, was one time where cleaner accidentally opened our room while we were in but that’s okay it’s a small misunderstanding.

This property was in a great location, but the facilities were dreadful. Firstly, the stairs leading up to the building were inconvenient for anyone with large or heavy luggage. Important details, such as the property being a shared complex with other residents (including young students who frequently hosted parties and played loud music early in the morning), were not clearly communicated. The shared toilets and showers were often unclean due to other tenants, and there was no hot water available when I wanted to shower. The kitchen was also in a poor state—dirty dishes were left everywhere, and food was scattered around. The description of the property was somewhat misleading. However, the room itself was clean, which was a positive aspect. Still, the check-in time of 4 PM and check-out at 10 AM felt unreasonable, especially considering the amount I paid.

Nothing except of toilet and kitchen , they were clean but without toilet paper

The room was disgusting. It was stinking with cigarettes . There were holes on the floor burned with cigarettes.

Unfortunately, I was not accepted to stay in the accommodation. I paid to book through PayPal, on arrival I was told I had no booking in place. I have launched a refund complain through PayPal. I am waiting for my refund
