Really easy check-in process, everything was communicated in advance of our arrival. Property was very clean and homey. All the information could be found in the folder in the lounge. Kitchen was very well-equipped and a pleasure to use. Bathrooms were clean and warm. Very central location, opposite Booths.

The beds really could do with replacing - the springs were poking our ribs and backs, and my elderly parents really struggled during and after the stay.

Brilliant location for visiting Keswick, the Lakes Distillery etc. Bonus was Booths supermarket across the road.

Great location, lovely ground floor apartment, private parking space and in a very quiet place but very close to all the amenities (Booths supermarket a 1 minute walk across their car park) with Keswick town centre a 5 minute walk and Derwent water a 10 minute walk away.
