Best place to stay at in town. Clean, comfortable, not bad smells.

Very nice spacious room with kettle and comfortable bed.. Great location close to restaurants and shops and bakery nearby.. Sunny speaks English. Breakfast is provided if you ask, and was good. Nice place.

Friendly staff and safe motorcycle parking out front, centrally located near restaurants. Spacious room overlooking the river and large bathroom. We did not have any meals during out stay.

Rooms could have been cleaner, clean bed and sheets, but dusty corners had not been sufficiently cleaned

The friendliest host EVER with her adorable dog, what a great start. We asked for a quiet room and got a huge room at the top with a massive comfy bed. BEST Mirror in a bathroom so far. May seem trivial but if you want to apply makeup... A+. The location is superb for this little town, quiet but in walking distance to everything, and Bao Lac does seem to have everything you need.

Bathroom is a wet room, never my favourite but not an issue. Don't expect luxury, it's incredible value for what it is... we'll definitely stay here again.

Hot water and AC kept switching off as the hotel has set a timer. Very irritating in the night when it switched off. Location is very crowded

Everything! The view from our room was lovely and everything was sparkling clean and comfortable. Felt like we were in nature with the massive window in front of our bed. Sunny is a fantastic host and made a delicious breakfast. Loved walking around the surrounding town. This is an immersion in Vietnamese life and we loved it. Not for people wanting luxury but we will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunny’s so much on our way north we decided to come back on our way back down south! Great location. Friendly host who speaks great English! Clean spacious rooms where I probably got the best sleep of my life the whole 2 weeks of travel.
