AUGreat property, good space, clean and comfortable. Well fitted out - it really has everything you need.
Nothing really - the bathroom is perfectly adequate, but older than rest of the house so stands out as being less updated.
AUWas clean tidy and well maintained property.kids loved that they had games. Lovely the natural sunlight, Only down fall we had and that’s an error on us also( should of requested it) but 3 children wanted to sleep in the same room and the bunks at the top were not made. And the floor was slightly dirty and couldn’t get the stove to work. But still enjoyed the stay very much was a lovely home.

AUClean, spacious, beds very comfortable, great kitchen facilities. Hosts were easy to reach and great to communicate with.
A bit of an outdated bathroom compared to the rest of the house, but had satisfactory facilities that met standards.
USLocation to town was close. Comfortable beds. Nice space. Laundry a plus with all detergents available. Newly decorated. Clean. Spacious for lounging and working for up to 6-8
Communications before the stay were quite long and tedious and many parts unnecessary. Some emails before the visit were off putting. For example, emails being disappointed with visitors not taking out rubbish and sorting to proper bins and cleaning up all food and dishes implied we would be bad guests before we had even arrived and made our stay unnecessarily stressful. Warnings about conserving hot water would be unnecessary if shower pressure were lessened. “Welcoming” email needs better directions to find house rather than all the details about when staying, which could be provided by signs in the house instead.

Only one bathroom/toilet which is tight for 6 pax
AUDecor was beautiful and functional. Very spacious and well laid out. Check in was easy. Spotlessly clean and had everything we required. Good sized fenced yard.
Only thing I’d suggest, is a light and power point next to the bedroom mirror.
