"самі власники нібито і реагують на все швидко але квартиру треба привести до ладу"

єдине класно в цій квартирі це її розташування і є місця для паркування

Нажаль квартира дуже сильно потрибує ремонту ! посуду дуже мало ( котел постійно виключався , доводилось по пів години витрачати час поки його перезавантажеш і він всеж таки запрацює , в наш заїзд сусіди зверху затопили квартиру і з усіх місць текла вода ( власники казали що таке в них вперше але по підлозі і стінкам було ясно що це далеко не перший раз !!! маю надію що власники приведуть цю квартиру до ладу - хоча нам сказали що ця квартира ще прям хороша ( але це повна фігня )
