Nice room, clean, very quiet part of Hongdae but several minutes away from the most lively area. Stuff was helpful and quick to respond. They even allowed us to check in 2 hours before 3 o’clock (thank you)

The position of shower was to low and you couldn’t stand with your head under the water so wasn’t enough comfortable. No elevator so rather difficult to take the baggage up and down, also stairs are rather narrow. Also same items in the breakfast package every day during the week was very boring, better they have more variety.

I had an amazing stay at Daewoo House 2 Hongdae and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul. The location is truly unbeatable—right in the heart of Hongdae, with easy access to everything you might need, from public transport to cafes, shopping, and nightlife. What really stood out was the service. Whenever I had a question or needed anything, the staff responded immediately and were incredibly helpful. They were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make sure all my requests were fulfilled, which made the stay feel very personal and welcoming. The check-in and check-out process was also super smooth and convenient thanks to the door code system—no hassle at all, especially after a long day of traveling. The room itself was beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It’s compact, but very comfortable and well-organized. The bed was especially cozy, and I really appreciated getting an extra blanket—it made everything even more comfortable. Overall, this place offers a perfect combination of location, comfort, and outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again!
