Please note that children aged between 4 and 16 years can only access the spa and pool facilities between 07.00 and 09.00 in the morning and 16.30 to 18.00 in the afternoon. Unfortunately children under the age of 4 years of age are not permitted to use the spa or pool facilities at any time. There is capacity for extra beds in some rooms, charges may apply. Pets are only permitted in some rooms on request, please contact the hotel directly prior to arrival for more information. Charges are applicable. There is a charge of GBP 25.00 per person, per day for guests wishing to use the Elan Spa facilities (treatments not included). This will be valid for use between the stated arrival time of 15:00 and departure time of 11:00. Must be booked in advance and will be subject to availability. "Good location but not 4 star"

Building, location

No air conditioning, bad was never staffed, room had many cob webs. Had to carry bags up 2 flights of stairs. Couldn’t get an omelette for breakfast - “we don’t have the right pan”. Not what we expected from a highly rated hotel.

Lovely grounds, lovely staff and great food

No air con. And we’re not able to obtain any portable air con units, so I had to bring my own. They did help carry to and from my car

Setting was lovely, and the food was high quality.

Too expensive for what it was, and we had a very bad booking experience which the hotel were unhelpful with sorting out, leaving us waiting to hear what would happen. Poor service from general management. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

"Good but not great"

The room was really big and clean and bathroom was really nice. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The main building had quite a lot of wear and tear; looked like it needed an upgrade. The breakfast was very slow even though there were hardly any other guests. The spa was a bit run down with one of the saunas out of order.

"This is Holiday!!!"

One incredible holiday I have passed in this amazing hotel, three stars level restaurant, incredible panoramas, super classic and elagance mansion, and very kind staff. One more reason to return to the Cotswolds as soon as possible...
