It’s is clean and the host is amazing

The replacement apartment that we got eventually was only a few minutes away from Registan, which was even a better location than the original. It was spacious and the bathroom was relatively modern. The host helped us with taxis.

Unfortunately in the evening before check-in, after 10 PM (!), we got a message from the host that she already rented out our apartment through airbnb. It was jaw-dropping, considering the fact that we had seen her two days before that renting out another one of her apartments (also via booking.com) and she said nothing, similar to when we sent her a text to confirm. She claimed it was a booking.com mistake... At first she offered either a cheaper hostel in exchange, or another apartment for a few dollars more, which she eventually gave to us for the same price as the original place. The cover in one room was strange (shape and size), it was hard to fall asleep with it.

The property did even exist

The property didn’t even have exist. No board , no address. Property owner didn’t give any phone number. No reply to messages.

The apartment was clean and with pleasant environment.
