We were traveling with kids and elderly family members, and everything was planned. Suddenly, the host cancelled the booking a few hours before check-in. No apology, no help, nothing. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable. I hope no one else has to go through this.

1. Price 2. ramp going into parking. nice & spacious. 3. Staff managed to extend extra mattress on request

1. Parking chargeable (quite expensive. Overnight RM12-15) excluding during the day! 2. I really thought i booked a 2BR+2Toilet unit, maybe my mistake ended up 2BR+1Toilet studio only for 6pax. 3. Apartment was disappointing on entry. a. floor laminate were peeling b. bad smell when u leave without leaving your windows slightly open. c. living room light bulbs were out. Apartment in general dark. d. towels hardly absorb any moisture. e. toilet not clean. toilet bowl sad! f. sofa in living room is SUPER hard g. Pillows hardly a pillow and was stained. h. master bedroom dresser, please fix it its tilted and just waiting to fall 4. Was pretty much given instructions & directions for check in 10mins before 4pm (check in time) 5. requested to cancel but was declined, yet they call at 10pm to inform it is possible. Too late for me to find another place to stay.
