Apartments "CALMA" with Private Pool - Suitable for Groups of People

Good location and really nice property!

We would like to sincerely thank our host – everything was absolutely perfect. We had our best holiday here! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Although the pool isn’t located directly next to the apartment (you need to take a few steps down), this actually gives the terrace an amazing panoramic view of the sea. The pool area is also fantastic – well-equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing. What truly made our stay exceptional was the host. Whenever we had a question or needed help, he was immediately there for us. He even has a small van and offered to take us to different places, which was incredibly helpful. One night, he even came to pick us up, so we didn’t have to wait for a taxi. We’re truly grateful for everything and really hope to come back next year! :)

We were a group of six and especially enjoyed the beautiful and well-maintained outdoor area with a pool perfect for relaxing. The location was great as well: the beach, a supermarket, and a bakery were all within easy reach. The host was extremely helpful, polite, and spoke very good English. He offered daily assistance, whether it was maintaining the pool or driving us to the Zrce beach always for a fair price. He even picked us up and brought us to the airport in the middle of the night, again at a very reasonable rate. During our stay, a drawer broke. We reported it, and the host was very open and fair about finding a solution. Although we initially paid a flat amount for the damage, he refunded us the difference once he found out the repair was cheaper. This honest and transparent handling of the situation really stood out so there was nothing truly negative to mention.

Not all rooms were equipped with air conditioning, which was the only downside during our stay. Apart from that, everything was great.

The Apartment with private Pool was awesom, we stayed for one week and had everything we needed, the interior and equipmet is perfect, the hosts are very friendly, heartfelt and always near to help! Especially the outside is perfect for calm afternoons in privacy. Short Walks to the beach, a Supermarker, the Center of Novalja and the Bus station are also a great advantage! If you need a longer Ride the host is always up to give you a ride in his Taxi:) The neighbourhood is mostly calm, although there are many joung people around and party, and the way to Zrće is only one Bus Ride away, the Apartment offers relaxed holiday feelings! We only can highly recommend this apartment because there is nothing to complain about!

Bardzo przestronne miejsce, komfortowo. Trzy pokoje w każdym wyjście na balkon. Prywatny basen jest dużym plusem ale trzeba wyjść głównym wejściem aby dotrzeć na basen, nie ma połączenia bezpośredniego z apartamentem ale nie było to problemem.

Super modern, everything clean, and a cool pool!

The only thing we could criticize was that there was no oven installed in the kitchen.
