Santa Lucia - Villa&Boat

The villa is exceptional: spacious and well equipped with everything you need, and everything within it is of high quality and in excellent condition. This is the nicest and best equipped villa we have ever stayed in. The island and villa are perfect for a relaxing family holiday. It is literally a one minute walk from the villa to the sea front or you can use the boat provided and take a few minutes to motor to the beautiful and quiet coves around the island. The small restaurant on the island is well worth a visit too. The charming town of Turanj is a few minutes by boat across the canal, where you will find a couple of small supermarkets and some fantastic restaurants and beaches (a large supermarket is approx. 10 mins away by car). If you don’t want to use the boat provided the host, Matej, will take you across. He is an amazing guy who helped us with anything we needed. Also, the locals are friendly, warm and helpful if you need anything. Further up the coast, the town of Zadar is well worth a visit. We didn’t explore much further as we were so happy in and around the villa and Turanj, relaxing, eating, swimming, boating, paddleboarding, barbecuing, picking tomatoes and chillies from the garden, footballing (on the small pitch at the villa!) and playing table tennis and the PS5 (in the evenings). We have two teenagers (ages 13 & 14) who were never bored and who both said it was their favourite holiday so far. Finally, a special mention must go to the owner, Luka, who made our holiday extra special. Luka was on hand to assist and provide advice at any time and nothing was to small or to much trouble for him. He is a really friendly guy who genuinely cares that his guests have an amazing stay at his villa.

First of all, Luka is a great host. He willingly took care of everything they needed even beyond the scope of his duty. A large boat will take you to the island, there is a small nice boat available on the island, and on the mainland a new four-wheeler (including 3 helmets) is great for a trip to the store or to Biograd. Luka took care of the gasoline and everything necessary. The house is in perfect condition, really spacious, good quality grill, heated pool, great playground for children, ps5, etc... I absolutely recommend it.

Exceptional property. There was literally nothing to fault. Perfectly equipped for a family. It had everything we needed and more from pool toys to a washing machine and a boat to get to the mainland. The PS5 was a hit with the kids! Beds were super comfortable and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat! Views to die for especially from the sun terrace and a host who was super attentive and kind.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike!
