The place is cozy, well decorated and functional. The check-in is tricky but it allows easy access to building and room without needing keys (I would suggesting sharing the user and paw of the WiFi in case some guests have no local mobile service). Location good and well served.

The windows have single glass and entry door is just an indoor one, so very poor sound proofing from the noisy way outdoor or the noisy rest of the building. Parking is either far or expensive, but that is true in all the city, so keep it in mind

The apartment facilities were ideal for 2 couples, its location 150 metres from Avis car rental, 200 metres from the train station, 200 metres from Arezzo main Piazza, short interesting walk to Arezzo Fortress and park, close to many varied restaurants made it the perfect place to stay. Our host Belmondo was of great support for us if we required help.

Very convenient to the train station and downtown. Beds are comfortable. Very clean. Beautiful windows in bed rooms.

For four travelers, there was not comfortable seating for hanging out. There was no kitchen sink so you need to wash coffee cups in the bathroom.

Location is great, the apartment is super clean and spacious with stylish interior which I liked a lot. Beds are very comfortable to sleep in. We can’t ask for more.

There was a basketball event going on till midnight the night we stayed. It was pretty noisy.
