GBWe have just returned from a lovely holiday and was so happy with the villa. The facilities were fantastic with a home from home feel. The pool was such a welcome part of the villa which we used every day. We also enjoyed the complimentary wine, milk and water and biscuits that were in the fridge when we arrived. Another bonus was the ease of getting to the villa.. 10 mins in a taxi for us to start our holiday. Location to shops and the oh so many bars was great too.

GBFirst time in PDC and wish I had researched the area I bit more. Lots of hills! Didn't ruin my stay though. Very quiet complex and good for relaxing. Then you walk down the hill and feel like it's a different place with so much to do. Will defo be back in PDC in the future.
Couple of issues with pool temperature at beginning which I reported. Building works next door on last day. Only marked down my stay because of these points and gave feedback on communication. Better communication makes happier customers. Daniel in UK has been amazing throughout.
GBThe Apartment was spacious and had lovely sea views, good location as a quiet area but walking distance to the sea front, which was about 15 mins to walk We hired a car and there was plenty of free parking right outside the entrance gate
IEVilla was super. Every amenity provided. Host was excellent, great communications and information provided in advance, and on arrival. A couple of very minor inconveniences encountered were dealt with on-site immediately by property manager: fantastic service. Villa was so spacious, clean and comfortable, and private pool, BBQ/outdoor patio area was excellent. Lovely surprise to have villa serviced during our stay: fresh towels, etc., provided. Everything is a short walk away, with Lidl & HyperDino being only 5/6 mins walk. And there's a small supermarket across the road as well. We loved this property and would highly recommend it.
Only thing would have been more outlets (for plugs) would have been very useful. If property provided some Spanish "double adaptors" that would be handy.

No air conditioning in second bed room

Villa is in need of uplift as it's beginning to show its age. Old sun loungers faded from blue to green and uncomfortable, delph, cutlery, kettle and toaster example of lack of investment in property. Single beds are small and mattress are very soft. Got the feeling that the minimum money is being spent to keep the villa available for rent.
